1.	Vacation raffle prize package includes: return airfare for two (2) people to any scheduled WestJet destination, plus $2,000 in spending money, which may be used for securing accommodations, meals, attractions, etc.
2.	Anyone who purchases at least one ticket for the vacation raffle qualifies to purchase one or more tickets for the 50/50 bonus draw. The winner of the 50/50 bonus draw will receive a cheque in the amount of half the value of total 50/50 ticket sales.
2.	Tickets for the vacation raffle cost $20 each. Tickets for the 50/50 bonus draw cost $5 each. Tickets are payable by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be ordered one of three ways: online, by phone, or at our office. In all cases, tickets will be mailed. In the event that someone receives a ticket with another person's name on it in error, and that person's name is drawn as the winner, the person in whose name the ticket is printed shall be declared the winner. In other words, possession of the winning ticket does not trump the fact that the ticket belongs to another individual.
3.	The prize draws will be held at Glen Arbour Golf Course on June 29, 2016 at 7:00 pm (Atlantic). One vacation raffle ticket will be drawn at random, and one 50/50 ticket will be drawn at random. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email, and the information will also be posted at feednovascotia.ca/vacation.
4.	Airline baggage charges and airport improvement tax are the responsibility of the winner.
5.	The WestJet voucher includes all air travel fees, taxes and surcharges and is valid on WestJet flights only, not valid for flights on or continued on WestJet's code share partners.
6.	All gifts of flight are subject to promotional space availability at the time of booking. Peak dates such as statutory holidays and airline blackout periods (such as Christmas, Easter, long weekends and spring break etc.) are considered blackout periods and aren’t available for gifts of flight.
7.	Flights must be round trips. Flights must depart from city A to city B and return from city B to city A.
8.	The WestJet voucher is valid for travel until May 31, 2017.
9.	The WestJet voucher is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations' packages or with WestJet charter or code share partners.
10.	Changes and extensions to the expiry date on the WestJet voucher are not permitted. Changes to travel dates or passenger names are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
11.	The individual booking the flight using the WestJet voucher must be over the age of majority in their province.
12.	The WestJet voucher must be taken as offered and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
13.	The WestJet voucher cannot be sold. In the event that it is, the certificate will become void.
14.	Prizes not claimed by July 29, 2016 will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. There shall be no substitution for the listed prize, and no cash equivalent will be awarded for airfare.
15.	Neither WestJet nor FEED NOVA SCOTIA is responsible for a lost or stolen WestJet voucher once it has been delivered to the winner.
16.	FEED NOVA SCOTIA employees and members of the Board of Directors are not eligible to win.
17.	By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow FEED NOVA SCOTIA to use purchaser's name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle. FEED NOVA SCOTIA will not share purchaser’s address or contact information.
18.	By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to release FEED NOVA SCOTIA from any and all liability for damages or injury resulting from participation in this vacation package.
19.	The net proceeds from the raffle and 50/50 bonus draw will be used to support FEED NOVA SCOTIA programs and services.
20.	Neither raffle nor 50/50 ticket purchases are eligible for tax receipts.
