It's back! Meaghan Smith: The Holiday Show in concert and supporting Feed Nova Scotia. 

There will be all of Meaghan's Christmas music and some of her friends joining her, a visit from Santa, sweets n' treats from our partner SOBEYS Queen Street, an art show, a book launch.....
It's going to be THE celebration of the season.

6.9 million people in Canada, including 1.8 million children live in food-insecure households in 2022. Food insecurity is defined as "a household-level economic and social condition of limited or uncertain access to adequate food".

22% of Nova Scotians were living in food insecure households in 2022. That amount is a staggering 213,000 people.

Nova Scotia was the ONLY failing grade on the Food Bank Canada's Poverty Report Card. Our province received an "F", the lowest grade in the entire country.

However, we believe that when you're that low there is no where to go but UP. And Meaghan Smith's joyful spirit for Christmas will lift us all and enable us to take small steps in the right direction.
