Halifax LocalFest on the Evergreen Stage

LocalFest is back as a part of Evergreen Festival on the Halifax Waterfront. It will be on the Jazz Fest stage, and donations will be made by free-will, similarly to back in August. The beer garden nearby will also have option for patrons to add a donation directly to their bill.
